瑞舒伐他汀钙与辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症合并高血压的效果比较(1)
[摘要]目的 比較高脂血症合并高血压患者采取瑞舒伐他汀钙或辛伐他汀治疗的效果。方法 选取2016年5月1日～2017年5月1日我院收治的200例高脂血症合并高血压患者作为研究对象，依据随机数字表法将其分为两组，每组各100例。对照组患者给予辛伐他汀治疗，观察组患者使用瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗。比较两组患者的血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]和血压指标(收缩压和舒张压)。结果 治疗后，观察组患者的TC是(4.16±0.36)mmol/L、TG是(1.61±0.28)mmol/L、LDL-C是(2.27±0.41)mmol/L，均低于对照组的(5.75±0.51)mmol/L、(2.41±0.29)mmol/L及(3.26±0.38)mmol/L，而观察组患者的HDL-C是(1.52±0.31)mmol/L，高于对照组的(1.25±0.34)mmol/L，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的收缩压[(120.62±8.48)mmHg]、舒张压[(80.46±4.26)mmHg]低于对照组[(138.29±12.05)mmHg、(89.62±5.18)mmHg]，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对高脂血症合并高血压患者实施瑞舒伐他汀钙的方案治疗，比使用辛伐他汀药物的效果更为理想。
